REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for your interest in the Painting Made Easy Denver Referral Program ("Program"). By participating in this Program, you ("Referrer") agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Painting Made Easy Denver Referral Program rewards existing customers, real estate agents, and approved partners for referring new customers who engage Painting Made Easy Denver for painting services. Referral rewards are earned when qualifying conditions are met as described below.
2. ELIGIBILITY
To participate in the Program, you must:
- Have an active account with Painting Made Easy Denver
- Have accepted these Referral Program Terms (including initials where required)
- Not refer yourself, your own household, or a property you own or manage
- Refer individuals or entities who are new customers of Painting Made Easy Denver (have not received a proposal or estimate from us within the past twelve (12) months)
3. HOW REFERRALS WORK
Referrals may be submitted through your unique referral link, referral code, or by direct communication with Painting Made Easy Denver. To receive credit for a referral, the referred customer must identify you as the referral source before or at the time of their initial estimate request. Referral credit cannot be applied retroactively after a proposal has been issued.
4. REWARD CONDITIONS
A referral reward is earned when ALL of the following conditions are met:
- The referred customer signs a contract (accepts a proposal) with Painting Made Easy Denver
- The referred customer makes full payment, including both the required deposit and the final balance
- The project is completed in accordance with the contract terms
Referral rewards will be issued within thirty (30) days of the referred customer's final payment clearing. The reward amount is as published on our platform at the time the referral was submitted, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION
Referral rewards are intended for good-faith referrals of genuinely new customers. The following activities are prohibited and will result in disqualification:
- Arranging transactions outside of Painting Made Easy Denver's normal business process to generate referral credit
- Submitting fraudulent, misleading, or self-referrals
- Creating multiple accounts or identities to earn additional rewards
- Any scheme designed to manipulate or abuse the Program
Painting Made Easy Denver has sole and absolute discretion in determining whether a referral qualifies for a reward. Decisions regarding referral eligibility are final. If fraud or abuse is detected, Painting Made Easy Denver reserves the right to disqualify the Referrer, forfeit unpaid rewards, and terminate the Referrer's participation in the Program.
6. REFERRER CONDUCT
As a participant in the Program, you agree to:
- Not make any unauthorized representations, warranties, or guarantees on behalf of Painting Made Easy Denver
- Not engage in spam, unsolicited messaging, or any marketing activity that violates applicable law (including the CAN-SPAM Act and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
- Present Painting Made Easy Denver in a truthful, accurate, and professional manner
- Not imply any employment, partnership, or agency relationship with Painting Made Easy Denver
7. TAX RESPONSIBILITY
Referral rewards are considered taxable income under federal and state tax law. It is the sole responsibility of the Referrer to report and pay all applicable taxes on rewards received. If your total referral rewards in a calendar year equal or exceed six hundred dollars ($600.00), Painting Made Easy Denver will issue an IRS Form 1099-NEC. You may be required to provide a completed W-9 form within five (5) business days of our request. Failure to provide a W-9 may result in withholding of future rewards.
8. PAYMENT METHOD
Referral rewards will be issued via one of the following methods, as selected by the Referrer:
- Venmo
- PayPal
- Zelle
- Check (mailed to the address on file)
If no preference is specified, rewards will be issued by check. Painting Made Easy Denver is not responsible for rewards sent to incorrect payment addresses or accounts provided by the Referrer.
9. PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS
Painting Made Easy Denver reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. Changes to the Program will not affect rewards already earned and pending payment. The current terms of the Program are always available on our platform.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Painting Made Easy Denver's total liability to any Referrer under this Program shall not exceed the amount of the referral reward at issue. In no event shall Painting Made Easy Denver be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.
11. TERMINATION
Painting Made Easy Denver may terminate your participation in the Program at any time for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms, fraud, or inactivity. Upon termination, any pending qualified rewards will be honored, but no new referrals will be accepted. You may voluntarily withdraw from the Program at any time by notifying us in writing.
By participating in the Painting Made Easy Denver Referral Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
